Requesting registrant details

Do you want to view the full contact details that we have on file for you – the ones that aren't visible in the Whois? To request your full registrant details, simply fill in the form below. We'll give you access to the data, so you can decide who you want to share it with.

As the registrant of a .nl domain name, you sometimes need to prove that you are actually the registrant of that domain name. For example, if you want to transfer your domain name. Enter your domain name below, plus your e-mail address and postcode, as known to your current registrar / hosting service provider. We'll then send you two links: one to use yourself and one for sharing with your registrar or another organisation. Note: it is possible that this e-mail ends up in your spam, so also check your spam folder.

This form needs javascript to work. Please enable javascript to continue.

Fields with * are required.

You can check your administrative contact's e-mail address in the Whois (sidn.nl/whois). To do that, enter your domain name in the search bar, check and then click 'Show me the details'. Once you've agreed to the terms and conditions, you'll be shown your administrative contact's e-mail address, where we'll send the registrant details.
Enter the postcode of your registrant address, as known to your registrar.
The form is being send. Please wait.
Is the registered e-mail address or postcode wrong or out of date?
Please contact your registrar and ask them to change it.

Is your domain name in quarantine?

Send an e-mail to support@sidn.nl with contact details and the domain name as the subject. Also send the following information as known to your current registrar: your name, the domain name, the e-mail address and postal code.
Thanks for requesting your .nl registrant details. We'll send a confirmation e-mail the administrative contact e-mail address and to the registrants e-mail address. The mail will contain two links for viewing the contact details: one that you (the registrant) can use, and one that can be passed on to your registrar.

Please note that, for security reasons, each link can only be used once. If the e-mail addresses and/or postcode are old ones, or not yours, please contact your registrar. Your registrar can update your e-mail address and/or postcode. If this doesn't work, you can also contact SIDN. Complete the Request for contact details form and send it to support@sidn.nl along with a copy of your passport or other ID document. We advise to use the KopieID app of the Government of the Netherlands.
